HOPE Coordination This Friday NYC

Just wanted to remind folks that this Friday, May 5, there will be some HOPE planning and volunteer coordination at the 2600 meeting in New York City. If you have some ideas for the conference, are interested in volunteering, or just want to get more info, it’d be great if you could come by.
The meeting is from 5-8 PM, in the atrium of the Citigroup Center, 601 Lexington Avenue (at 53rd Street), in Manhattan. Hope to see some of you there!

Can the HOP planning meetings be announced at least a week ahead of time? Most people don’t see the meeting notification until the day of the meeting has already gone by.

Agreed. As far in advance as you know, you should tell us. You’d get a lot more attendees.

I’ve preregistered for the conference. What is the process for gaining admission? Will I receive my pass in the mail or will I be picking it up the first day?

You’ll pick it up the first day; there will be special high-speed lines for preregistrants. You should keep the credit card you used on hand.
