Preregistration Ending Soon - Euros, Credit Cards Will Be Accepted

June 28th, 2006 emmanuel

As HOPE Number Six draws closer, so does the date when we have to close preregistration to ensure that everyone gets their tickets in time. In the United States and Canada, preregistration will end on Monday, July 10. For all other parts of the world, preregistration ends on Friday, June 30.

Preregistration is $60 for the entire weekend. The price at the door will be $75.

To make things easier for everyone, we will be accepting credit cards and euros at the door. Yes, that’s right, the European currency will be legal tender at HOPE. We expect many attendees from foreign lands and we want to do everything we can to make things convenient. The admission price in euros will be determined when we see what the conversion rates are like at the time of the conference.

We also expect the full HOPE schedule to be released in a day or two. Stay tuned.

$60 is allot of money for somebody like me who will only be attending one day and driving in. It will be allot more then I’ve spent at other conferences. I failed to get tickets in time so now it is going to be even more! I couldn’t afford $60 let alone $75. Ohh well.

I got my reciepts in the mail, but now I’m a little confused. I purchased two tickets (one for me, one for a friend) and both reciepts (obviously) have my name on them. What I’m wondering is, should I have made two separate transactions? What I mean is, will this be a big problem with registration? Thanks, you guys are killer.

RadioClash: No, this will not present a problem. Your name is used in picking up the tickets, but not is not printed on the admission tokens or anything like that.
